| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程主要以城市空間治理內容為主，以德國的漢堡市為主要的討論對象，內容包含一個發展成熟的城市，如何進行都市計畫與相關的都市設計，因應城市的成長與空間發展。德國的漢堡市，為了面對並解決舊市區與舊工業區的更新問題，藉由IBA的國際建築展的契機，引進了新的城市發展與建築的實驗，使得城市脫胎換骨，建築與城市空間的討論成為居民日常生活的關注，以及國際都市計畫與都市設計學界討論的焦點。本課程將會針對漢堡市近二十年的發展願景與操作進行詳細的討論。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course focuses on the management of urban spaces, taking the city of Hamburg (Germany) as exemple. This is about a maturely developped city, how the City Government works on the regeneration of its urban spaces. Through the IBA exhibition, the City of Hamburg introduces new ideas of city planning and architecture, for some spatial experiments. The City of Hamburg makes the discussion through public forums, showing visions of the City, the result is shown as an IBA Exhibition. This course will be on the city development of the latest 20 years. | |||
