| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程為台灣傳統建築文化系列課程之一，其主旨在介紹台灣傳統建築的理論與原則，藉由已有的研究案例與成果，使同學能擴展其對台灣傳統建築研究的視界，並就傳統建築中特定建築類型與空間文化議題進行研討，除了經由地方志等文獻的解讀，以了解建築所屬的特殊空間文化意涵外，並由同學進行特定建築的實地調查，以供印證。本課程期使修課同學除了對傳統建築的意義有所瞭解外，亦對特定建築類型的社會文化意義有所體認。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course is one of the series of Taiwan traditional architectural culture courses. Its main purpose is to introduce the theories and principles of Taiwanese traditional architecture. With the help of existing research cases and achievements, students can expand their horizons in the study of Taiwanese traditional architecture and learn from traditional architecture. Discussions on specific architectural types and spatial culture issues in architecture, in addition to reading local chronicles and other documents to understand the special spatial cultural meaning of the building, and students conduct field investigations on specific buildings for verification. This course enables students to not only understand the significance of traditional architecture, but also understand the social and cultural significance of specific architectural types. | |||
