| 英文概述 English Description | Landscape, from a more comprehensive viewpoint, involves with either natural environment or humanistic expression. The universal knowledge and technology brought about the significant impact to environment and the tendency of universal homogeneity. Looking for more regional reflected approach to landscape design has been a concern in searching for regionally sound landscape. Landscape practice in Taiwan is unexceptional to this phenomenon at all. To underscore the regional approach the course includes the issues below; 1. Vision and fallacy of contemporary landscape design 2. Rationale of the regional planning and design 3. The body of regional design in landscape 4. Method of regional approach to landscape design 5.
