| 英文概述 English Description | The main purpose of this cource is to introduce the essential knowledges of bioprocessing to traditional chemieal engineers. No background in biology is assumed. Biopocess engineering is the appliaetion of engineering principles to design, develop, and analyze poroceses using biocatalysts. These processes may rusult in the production of desirable compounds or in the des truction of unwanted or hazardous substancs. The touls of the engineer, particularly the chenical engineer will be essential to the succesful exploitation of bioprocesses. | |||
