English Description
This course is concentrated in the fundamentals facility storage and application technology of food refrigeration. The students should be familiar with the principles of food refrigeration after these lectures. The topics of this course are: (1) Food storage and equipment. (2) Food microbiology and refrigeration. (3) Refrigerating technology of various food products. (4) Industrial food freezing systems. (5) Distribution technology of chilled and frozen food. (6) Cryogenics in food refrigeration.
