In today's everchanged, discontinued and globolized environment, the students should face a seicsemic challenge, when they step down from commencement ceremony, how to be well prepared for unknown future become a serious and critical issue to the young generations. For the students in engineering school, the class of industrial marketing may bring them the basic concept and approach to dealing with future career planning.
