| 英文概述 English Description | This course aims to make students realize basic law concept and common sense of law application, simultaneously to integrate between practical technology business management and law strategy. According to need for technology industries in the respect of law, this course is divided into three parts: (1) Technology Law - including Intellectual Property Rights, Network and Electronic Business Law, Network Criminal, etc. (2)Financial Law - including laws of WTO dispute resolution, international invest & acquire, stock trade, Investment in PROC, etc. (3) System of Dispute Resolution etc. | |||
