| 英文概述 English Description | The course is divided into two parts (the term land use regulations, under the term real estate investment regulation), the term is intended to introduce and land development and use of relevant laws and regulations of the host, including regulatory basic architecture, land planning system, the regional planning system, outside the urban planning system, land development and urban renewal system and other system-related laws and regulations, supplemented by practical examples discussed in order to strengthen the students understanding of the land use regulations and applications, and help to prepare architect designed and Real Estate related technical college entrance exam (Lands disabilities, real estate agents, real estate appraisers) of the students sit and obtain professional licenses. | |||
