| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程將以案例式教案教導學生專案管理軟體工具MS-Project之實作並教授基礎專案管理知識與排程實務。可以提供本校各工程相關科系學生習得工程專案之基礎管理工具，進而提升學生參與高階專案之能力與機會。主要實作項目包括： ＊建立各任務間的關係與大綱組織專案任務。 ＊認識MS Project之任務資訊 、資源資訊 、工作分派資訊、 各種檢視、 檢視表格、 格式/詳細資料、 工具/選項、專案/排序篩選群組大綱。 ＊估算專案成本支出星期 、月 、季之現金流量及累積現金流量。 ＊人員加班工作或部分時間參與任務執行。 ＊資源過度分派之因應方法。 ＊比較基準計劃之儲存與使用。 ＊行事曆之設定與指定。 ＊專案進度之輸入與專案績效。 ＊自定欄位。 ＊多重專案共用資源庫之處理。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This workshop course will provide the basic knowledge of project management and scheduling through the actual practice on the project software tool-MS Project. This short course will let the students in all engineering disciplines to get familiar with the basic management tool and enhance the opportunity to participate in the advanced project in their career.
