| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 智慧財產權的攻防已成為知識經濟時代產業競爭的手段之一。21世紀「腦力經濟」時代最重要的戲規則就是「智慧財產權」，其同時亦為WTO會員國必須遵守之重要規範。本課程討論智慧財產權管理之法律與實務問題，將兼顧實例與理論進行探討，來深化同學對於智慧財產權管理問題的瞭解。並訓練學生針對研發管理進一步認識，針對研發管理所具備之技術報告、研發管理工具、時程、專案、預算、規格的管理，進行實務訓練，讓學生具備研發管理能力。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | Intellectual Property is not only the most importance business rule of the Brain economy, but also one of the most important agreements among WTO members. This course includes law and practical management of Intellectual Property , and discussion in the course covers theory and examples, to enhance a deeper understanding of Intellectual Property Management for the students. Also provide technical report, R&D management tools, project management , budget and specification management with case study for the students. | |||
