| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 主要闡釋各種纖維特性及其混紡後製品之品質特性及其用途，並講述各種混紡原理及混紡技術；其課程內容分為棉系混紡技術（包括聚酯纖維與棉花或嫘縈纖維）及毛系混紡技術（包括羊毛與聚酯纖維或聚丙烯晴纖維）二大體系。如何選用混紡纖維規格與紡紗品質之相關性、配用各種混紡工程及其製程機械之設定技術條件。最後講述混紡斑之瑕疵分類及其改善技術。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The function of this class is mainly to explain the properities of fibers and the quality and end-use of products after blending and describe any kind of blending theory and technics, there are two technics;one is the technics of short staple-blending containing polyester with cotton or rayon,the other is the technics of long staple-blending containing wool with polyester or polyacrylic. It gives the ideas of the relation between spinning quality and the selection of fibers specification for blending,and the setting technics for the selection of any blending engineering and mechanical process.In the end,the flow classification of blending irregularity and the technics for improvement will be explained. | |||
