基礎光學、光譜學、半導體光電元件、光電系統等項目,其中基礎光學將分幾何與波動光學對光的現象描述與應用加以介紹,光譜學將導入能階與色座標等概念,透過量子能階與能隙的理論講解半導體光電元件與光電系統。
英文概述
English Description
The course contains basic optics, spectrography, semiconductor photoelectric devices, electro-optical systems, and so on. The introduction of the basic optics is divided into two parts: geometrical and wave optics, which is focused on the descriptions and applications of optical phenomenon. The spectrography is composed of the energy levels and color space coordinates. The lectures of the semiconductor photoelectric devices and the electro-optical systems are described with the theory of quanta energy levels and gaps.
