英文概述 English Description | 英文概述:This lecture aim at the study on biotechnique and bioengineering after the experiment of applied microbiology.it include from the operation and application on jar fermentor,the mearsurement of kla ,enhanced cuture method of yeast,the manufacture techniques of fermented foods(such as wine,soy sauce,vinegar,calpis etc) .citric acid fermentation,MSG production,treatments of waste water with anaerobic and aerobic method,preparation and detection of microbial enzymes,immobilized catalyst techniques and plant cell culture etc. |
