藥膳在中醫理論指導下,將中草藥與實務相配合,運用傳統烹調技術和現代加工方法製成味、色、形俱佳的、更有保健和治療作用作之食品,其內容廣泛,迄今已有三千年之歷史。所謂藥食同源更是集中而深刻的體現了藥膳之重要性。本課程共分:湯膳概論、穀物湯膳、蔬菜湯膳、果品湯膳、畜肉湯膳、海鮮湯膳、藥草湯膳和美容養生湯膳等。

English Description
The Applied Nutrition of Life is two credit hours course and design especially for technology students. This curriculum emphasizes on the clinical applications and action mechanisms of various food cooking of Chinese drugs. The curriculum trends will start from more details and bring a completely concepts. The subjects include some Chinese food cooking contain Chinese herbal and some skill to how to select a good quality Chinese herbal.
