| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程之設計，係針對法商科系以外之學生，對一般法律的認知與瞭解，尤其對自身權益之維護更為重要。吾知在今日工商發達、社會經濟劇變的時代，無論個人或企業體，將法不惟關乎人與人間的財產或身份地位，抑且為發展權義之淵源。故在講授私法體系的概念與運用時，較偏重案例說明，使學生於日後經濟生活中有所裨益，(授課內容見附件授課大綱)。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course is designed to impart basic understanding and knowledge of the law to students who are not business or law majors. In particular, students will be provided with a basic framework explaining the application of legal principles to their own lives, thus enabling them to pursue business interests and maintain legal rights. Areas of application include: in the modern business world, its application to both individuals and corporate entities, property claims and personal status. It defines not only rights but also duties and obligations. Case studies will be the primary material relied upon in class discussion, thus acquainting students with actual situations which they may someday encounter. | |||
