Course Objective 二、教學目標：（一）探討教育訓練實施與績效評鑑之相關主題（二）研習教育訓練實施與績效評鑑之理論與實務（三）增進教育訓練實施與績效評鑑相關研究與實務工作之能力三、授課方式：（一）教師講授教育訓練實施、績效評鑑與訓練遷移之理論與實務（二）期刊論文報告：每人請閱讀指定的教育訓練實施與績效評鑑相關中文期刊論文（博班英文期刊論文），進行報告並繳交書面報告。報告同學需發給每位同學評分表，由同學進行評分；同學報告後抽取1位學生進行口頭評論與回饋，評論的學生另予加分。（三）個案公司員工訓練實施與成效評鑑報告：請自行選擇國內外個案公司，蒐集員工訓練實施與成效評鑑方式、資料、相關表單，分析與報告該公司員工訓練實施與成效評鑑的做法並繳交書面報告。報告同學需發給每位同學評分表，由同學進行評分；同學報告後抽取1位學生進行口頭評論與回饋，評論的學生另予加分。
