Course Objective 本課程之主要目的為介紹系統分析及水資源系統之概念，其次討論常見確定性數學規劃方法（線性規劃、動態規劃及非線性規劃）之理論基礎及操作方式，最後介紹數種水資源系統（地表水、水庫、都市）之特性，進行水資源（包括水量及水質二方面）最佳、最有效之規劃、開發、管理與操作。 Objectives: (1)To understand concepts and algorithms for optimization using linear, integer, network, nonlinear, and dynamic programming; (2)To understand the concepts of optimization as applied to water resources problems.
