Course Objective	繞射光學元件是基於光波繞射的原理，以VLSI技術為加工方法，研究如何利用繞射現象設計光學元件來實現各種光學功能。繞射光學元件可以應用在改良光學系統的像差，為特定的波長實現聚光、分光等功能以取代傳統的光學透鏡、分光鏡等，此外利用傅光原理製作出傳統的光學元件無法實現的功能，在近代的光學系統、尤其是微光學系統佔有極重要的地位。本課程中，我們將討論其基本原理、設計方法、以及應用。主要課程內容為： (1) 光學繞射原理 (2) 傅式光學概論 (3) 繞射光學元件介紹 (4) 性能分析方法 (5) 繞射光學元件之設計方法 (6) 繞射光學元件之應用 (7) 繞射光學元件之製作
