Course Objective 本課程旨在讓學生瞭解管理學基本概念，奠定紮實的理論根基，使其具備分析、處理實際問題以及開創的能力，進而能應用於文化事業經營，以利往後修習進階課程訓練的基礎。本課程主要內容包含管理學概論、管理在企業組織的功能、現代化的組織設計、組織領導與策略規劃、執行與績效考核、企業經營職能、企業的e化管理、非營利事業管理、企業的外在環境(政府文化創意產業政策)、創業管理、企業的社會責任等。本課程特色在於進行每個單元時，均輔以國內外文化創意產業有關的個案，以利學生理解。
