Course Objective	本課程主要係介紹資料壓縮的原理以及當前幾項重要的壓縮標準。 本課程內容將涵蓋以下主題 01. 霍夫曼編碼 02. 算數編碼 03. 純量量化與向量量化 04. 線性預測與預測編碼法（DPCM，ADPCM，JPEG-LS） 05. 轉換編碼（KLT，DFT，DCT，DST以及Walsh-Hadamard轉換） 06. 分頻編碼法（G.722 Speech coding，MPEG audio coding） 07. 小波編碼法（SPIHT，JPEG2000） 08. 字典模式編碼法 09. 跑長編碼法 10. 主題探討
