Course Objective	本課程將介紹美國專利制度與美國專利法。由於美國為案例法國家，故除介紹美國專利法之35 U.S.C. §§101-103 等重要法規外，並佐以相關case說明美國專利法的實質內涵與精神。 本課程將分成I、II，而以兩個學期之時間，對美國專利法做普遍性的閱讀。於每次上課前，將指定相關法規與案例，學生需自行於課前閱讀，並於上課時參與討論與回答問題。預備修習本課程之學生，若具基礎的我國專利法知識，將有助本課程之學習。
