Course Objective	本課程將以智慧財產局最新頒佈之「專利侵權判斷要點」為藍本，主要介紹專利侵權判斷流程、專利請求項之解釋、專利侵權之比對與判斷、均等論之限制事項。並輔以國內外案列閱讀與討論，也瞭解未來專利侵害之發展趨勢。。
