Course Objective 本課程介紹各種分析材料表面性質的方法。藉著利用光子、電子、原子、或離子與材料表面的物理或化學作用，來獲得有關材料表面的組成、結構、化學鍵結、電子組態於表面形貌等訊息。所要介紹的表面分析儀器包括；X光電子光譜儀(XPS)、歐傑電子光譜儀（AES）、低能電子繞射儀(LEED)、電子穿隧掃描儀(STM)、表面振動光譜儀(surface vibrational spectroscopy)、程式控溫脫附法(TPD)及真空技術。
