Course Objective 以數學與物理的方法來探討化學之原理，物質之結構與性質，內容包括由氣體動力論衍導熱力學之基本定律，物理平衡（相平衡）、化學平衡、溶液論、電化學、反應動力學、量子力學、光譜學、表面現象、輸送性質等。

Course Schedule 進度(暫定) 9/11: 開學第一天上午不上課 9/18-10/16: chapters 1-2 (10/9 國慶日補假不上課) 10/23: exam #1 10/30-11/20: chapters 3-4 11/27: exam #2 12/4-25: chapters 5-6 1/1: 開國紀念日放假 1/8: exam #3 物化二: (接物化一進度) + Chapter 7-9, 19-20

Evaluation and grading policy 3. 期末成績為三次考試平均，加上小考成績 4. 不提前考，不補考，考試開始後30分鐘未到，該次考試成績乘以0.5計算 5. 出勤狀況良好者期末58、59將彈性調至60
