Course Objective 本課程屬於生物技術的基礎課程，授課內容強調基本生化原理，介紹細胞組成份〈包括核酸、蛋白質、醣類和脂質〉的化學、生物活性及代謝，並分別闡明代謝作用與基因表現的調節機轉，輔以現今生化尖端學術研究的介紹，希望能以一學期的緊密課程，讓學生瞭解現代生化科技領域的輪廓，作為日後深造或從事生化科技行業的奠基。

Evaluation and grading policy 所有考試題目都是英文出題，可使用翻譯機 Exam I (30%); Exam II (30%); Exam III (30%); Attendance (10 %) 及格分數為60分考試未出席且未請假，分數為0分計算。考試請假只有1次機會且不補考，成績由其他2次考試分數平均計算
