In light of the challenges posed by the digital age, this course is aimed at helping students explore the IP legal issues with reference to the media evolution on the internet. It will begin with the introduction of the characteristics of the internet, the developments of the digital media formation and content, and followed by the discussions and analysis on the cases in the real life.
