| The objective of this course is to teach students how to make smart financial decisions in an effort to create economical products. The subjects includes: the investment environment, investment project evaluation, interest rate and inflation rate, depreciation, income taxes, developing project cash flows, uncertainty and risk, real options, special topics of business and engineering decision. Various factors that affect the investment project decision problems are discussed to help decision maker properly resolves investment decision.
