| The course aims to (1) understand the definition, essence, and function of human resources development, (2) cultivate the fundamental capability of human resource development. It covers the definition and essence of human resources development, demand evaluation of human resource development, planning of human resource, learning theories, training method; curriculum designing and compilation, evaluation of training development, and international human resource development. The course is conducted through lectures, discussions, field trip activities, and colloquia.
