| Nano/micro engineering in bio-medicine applications has become increasingly important. The development and operation of measurement tool for biomedical applications has a close correlation to the actual size of the object. In this course we will explain the principles of devices and discuss the applications based on the school's research laboratories, including sensing, analysis and manipulation of molecules, cells, and tissues. Students will be required to do a project about Nano-micron biomedical sensor systems, nano-biomaterials and nano-biomedical areas such as optical and lab-chip. The interim and final report should devote to the topic and plans in the search for the direction of Creative Thinking with a view to the breakthrough of theory or application, and actively promote the integration of advanced interdisciplinary research and technology.
